Strong writing and editing ability, with excellent command of English.

Practical experience with blog publishing, on-page SEO, keyword research, metadata and internal linking.

Comfort using analytics and performance data to improve content.

Good to have skill

A strong interest in AI-led search, agentic platforms and changing content-discovery behaviour.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines, contributors and workflows without losing attention to detail.

Experience in supplements, wellness, healthcare or science-led consumer products is preferred, but not required.

Job Description

The role

We are looking for an Organic Content & Growth Writer to manage and grow Decode Age’s content presence across search, organic channels and emerging agentic platforms.

You will own the operational engine behind high-quality publishing while contributing directly to discovery, trust and organic growth. The role combines strong writing with SEO discipline, content distribution and a willingness to test new ways people find information through AI and agent-led platforms.

What you will own

• Manage the end-to-end blog publishing workflow: briefs, drafts, edits, uploads, metadata, internal links, QA and reporting.

• Write and optimise SEO-led blogs, category content, FAQs and supporting website content.

• Maintain the editorial calendar and ensure content is published accurately and on time.

• Create organic content for social, email, WhatsApp and other owned channels.

• Identify content opportunities using search trends, customer questions, product priorities and competitor gaps.

• Optimise existing content for search intent, readability, internal linking, conversion and freshness.

• Build Decode Age visibility on agentic and AI-led discovery platforms through structured, useful and authoritative content.

• Work with product, medical, design and growth teams to turn scientific and commercial priorities into useful organic content.

• Maintain content standards, source hygiene and a consistent Decode Age brand voice.

What success looks like

• The blog and organic-content calendar run reliably, with strong publishing quality and fewer operational bottlenecks.

• Organic content answers genuine customer questions and supports product discovery without becoming sales-heavy.

• Existing high-potential content is regularly refreshed and improved.

• Decode Age gains stronger visibility across search and emerging AI-led discovery journeys.

• Content performance is measured, reported and used to inform the next editorial priorities.
