Must have skill

Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or a related life-sciences field (B.Sc. / B.Pharm preferred); MBA or diploma in marketing is an added advantage.

Working knowledge of the Pune healthcare/wellness market, existing doctor and wellness-clinic connects preferred.

Good to have skill

Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Basic understanding of human physiology, nutrition science, or pharmacology (preferred, not mandatory).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Job Description

Role Summary

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting Decode Age's product portfolio exclusively to doctors, nutritionists, dietitians, and wellness/longevity clinics in the assigned Pune territory, driving prescription generation and sales growth in line with company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular field visits to doctors (physicians, endocrinologists, dermatologists, gynaecologists, general practitioners), nutritionists, and wellness/longevity/anti-ageing clinics to detail Decode Age's product range

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners (HCPs) and clinic owners/decision makers to drive prescription generation, in-clinic recommendation, and brand recall.

• Onboard new doctors and wellness/longevity clinics in the assigned Pune territory and ensure consistent engagement and repeat prescription/recommendation.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets generated through the doctor and wellness-clinic channel for the territory.

• Organise and support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meetings, clinic-based camps, and product launch activities.

• Maintain accurate records of daily call reports, doctor and clinic lists, and expense statements; submit timely reports to the Area/Regional Sales Manager.

• Represent the Decode Age brand professionally and contribute to building long-term trust with the medical and wellness clinic community in Pune.
