HR Recruiter – Job Description

Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive  

Role Overview   

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and support the organization’s hiring needs. The role involves closely working with hiring managers to understand requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and managing offer rollouts while maintaining accurate recruitment data. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to assess candidate fit, and a results-driven approach to meet hiring targets efficiently.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)  

• Understand hiring requirements with hiring managers  

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals  

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews  

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders  

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers  

• Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities  

• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs  

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process  

Required Skills  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques  

• Ability to assess candidates and match job requirements  

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)  

• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills  

• Time management and multitasking ability /   

Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business Administration, or related field)  

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition  

Preferred Requirements  

• Experience in IT or non-IT hiring (based on company needs)  

• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)  

• Exposure to bulk hiring or campus recruitment is a plus
