Role Overview – Performance Marketing Manager
This role is responsible for driving efficient and scalable growth through paid marketing. The primary focus is to build a predictable, high-performing revenue engine by optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and overall funnel efficiency.
You will own end-to-end performance marketing across key channels such as Meta and Google—scaling high-performing campaigns, eliminating inefficiencies, and continuously improving results through structured experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
This is a P&L-driven, high-ownership role, where success is measured by your ability to scale revenue while maintaining or improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Channel Management
- Manage and scale paid campaigns across:Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Explore and test new acquisition channels (Amazon, native, etc.)
- Allocate and optimize budgets based on performance data
Campaign Optimization & Scaling
- Identify high-performing campaigns, creatives, and audiences
- Scale winning strategies and discontinue underperforming campaigns
- Continuously improve campaign efficiency and ROI
Creative Strategy Collaboration
- Partner with creative teams to test messaging, hooks, and formats
- Optimize creatives to improve CTR and conversion rates
- Leverage creative insights as a key growth driver
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Align paid campaigns with landing pages, product pages, and offers
- Optimize the full funnel to improve conversion rates and user experience
- Focus on revenue impact, not just traffic generation
Experimentation & Testing
- Develop and execute structured A/B testing strategies across:Audiences
Creatives
Bidding strategies
Funnel flows
- Prioritize high-impact experiments
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, funnel drop-offs
- Build dashboards and generate actionable insights
- Drive decisions based on performance data
Sustainable Growth Management
- Manage ad fatigue and creative refresh cycles
- Ensure long-term efficiency while scaling budgets
- Avoid short-term tactics that negatively impact performance

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing (preferably D2C/e-commerce)
- Hands-on expertise in:Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with measurable results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands
- Exposure to health, wellness, or supplements industry
- Understanding of attribution models and tracking tools (GA4, pixels)
- Experience with landing page or funnel optimization
