About the Role

We're hiring a dependable, hands-on Lab Attendant to help keep our laboratory running day to day. It's an entry-level support role that suits anyone with a Life science background who wants to be part of a busy research and experimentation team. Don't have lab-specific experience yet? That's fine. We're happy to train the right person on the job.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain overall cleanliness, order, and organization of the laboratory at all times.

· Support the research and experimental team during trials by arranging materials, setting up workstations, and assisting as directed.

· Handle basic record keeping, such as logging daily lab activities, inventory usage, equipment status, and any observations you're asked to note.

· Monitor and replenish laboratory consumables, reagents, and supplies; report shortages to the supervisor.

· Assist in the proper labeling, storage, and disposal of laboratory materials following safety guidelines.

· Operate and care for basic lab equipment; report malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.

· Ensure lab safety protocols and hygiene standards are followed consistently throughout the workspace.

· Coordinate with the support team to prepare for upcoming experiments and trials.

· Maintain a logbook or simple records of maintenance activities, equipment checks, and material usage.

Eligibility & Education

· Minimum qualification: Batchlors in Biology, or any science-related subject.

· Candidates with a Master's degree in a relevant field are equally welcome to apply.

· Any formal or informal background in laboratory settings, healthcare, pharmacy, or related disciplines is a plus.

Experience

· Prior experience in laboratory maintenance, record keeping, equipment handling, or research support is highly valued and will be given preference.

Freshers and entry-level candidates with no prior lab experience are also encouraged to apply. We provide hands-on training from day one.
