Role Overview

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, vendor negotiations, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a D2C, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, or nutraceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and sourcing operations
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to optimize costs
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and operational supplies
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, warehouse, finance, and marketing for procurement planning
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations
• Maintain vendor performance records and procurement documentation
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and payment schedules
• Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with vendors to improve efficiency and turnaround timelines

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Prior experience in D2C, healthcare, wellness, FMCG, nutraceutical, or e-commerce industry preferred
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of inventory planning and procurement cycles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems 
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• Experience handling packaging, healthcare, wellness, or nutraceutical products will be an added advantage
